  7.        * Goldfire  is a patterned (menus), real-gold color scheme for Kaleidoscope 
  8.            1.5 or 1.5.1, created in a style incorporating the rich look of 24 karat gold from
  9.             an ancient treasure.  It will not work in the older Kaleidoscope 1.0 or 1.0.1 
  10.             versions.  I have also included an extra folder, and desktop textures (also mine)
  11.             for your desktop pattern control panel.

  13.          *To use it, just pop it into your color schemes folder and enjoy the 
  14.             wealth of pure gold when you're in the mood for something intensely rich .  
  15.             Please keep this Read Me with the color scheme.

  17.          *Disclaimer:  Goldfire  has been developed and tested on a PowerMac,
  18.             based upon a 1.5 version and designed for 256 colors.  Goldfire   is 
  19.             shareware.  It is all completely hand-drawn, with many hours of work. 
  20.             The small shareware fee ($5.00) entitles you to one set of either my Fancies 
  21.             (Byzantine, Celtic Knot, and Stripes) or Patterns (Springtime, Greek Key, and
  22.             Lace and Sapphires) without any extra payment.  It also registers you for 
  23.             freebies, available only to registered users.  If you like my color scheme
  24.             well enough to download it and use it,  please pay the shareware fee,
  25.             folks!  I cannot continue making color schemes if more users don't pay the fee,
  26.             and you get so much for so little.
